Until recently, I had never really though much about lightning protection, but after visiting The Hobbs Group website, I starting thinking more about the need.   Some of the stats are surprising.  I must admit that living in Alabama where lightning and thunderstorms occur frequently I am considering retro-fitting my home to protect it from lightning strikes.
