CENTURY 21 ‘OPEN HOUSE’ CONSUMER SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. PURCHASING WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
ELIGIBILITY: Promotion is open to legal residents of the states of Alabama, Florida and Georgia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Century 21 Real Estate LLC (“Sponsor”), St. Jacques Marketing, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, assignees, partners, distributors, retailers, agents involved in this promotion, advertising/ promotion agencies and Project Support Team, Inc. (“Administrator”) (collectively, “Released Parties”) and any such individual’s immediate family members (including mother, father, sister, brother, child or spouse, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their households, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. This Promotion is void outside Alabama, Florida and Georgia and where prohibited.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE: Visit a participating Century 21 Open House in Alabama, Florida and Georgia between 10:00:01 AM Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) and 4:59:59 PM EST on 10/13/07 and/or 10/14/07 (the “Promotion Period”) and complete/submit the entry form provided, while supplies last. Entries become property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Limit one entry per person.
WINNER SELECTION: One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected on or about 10/29/07 in a random drawing from amongst all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by Project Support Team, Inc., an independent organization whose decisions are final and binding in all respects. Potential winner will be notified via email, telephone and/or overnight mail. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
PRIZE: (1) Grand Prize: A $1,800 Gift Card that can be used for the purchase of gasoline. (Actual prize is a $1,800 gift card to be used for the purchase of gasoline. Value of gift card for gasoline for a year based on mileage of 12,000 miles per year on one vehicle averaging eighteen miles per gallon and a gasoline price of $2.70/gallon.). Any federal, state or local taxes, fees, or incidental costs associated with prize acceptance and use not specifically identified as part of the prize shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.
MISCELLANEOUS: No transfer, cash redemption or substitution of the prize (or portion of prize) by the winner (unless approved in writing by Sponsor) except that Sponsor may at its discretion substitute a prize (or portion of a prize) with a prize of comparable or greater value. The potential Grand Prize winner may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and (where legal) Publicity Release within 8 business days of date of issuance of notification. Failure to comply with any of the foregoing requirements, these Official Rules, the return of any prize notification as undeliverable or the inability of Administrator or Sponsor to make contact with the potential winner within a reasonable time period will result in the prize being forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner being selected by random drawing from amongst all remaining eligible entries. All entrants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor and judges, which shall be final and binding in all respects, and further agree that 1.) Sponsor and its designees and assigns may use (unless prohibited by law) their name, city and state of residence, photograph and/or likeness (as applicable) for advertising and/or trade and/or any other purpose in any media now or hereafter known worldwide in perpetuity without further compensation, permission or notification and 2.) the Released Parties and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents shall have no liability and will be held harmless from any liability, loss, injury or damage to participant or any other person or entity, including personal injury or death to entrant or any other person or damage to personal or real property due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prize or participation in this promotion. Released Parties assume no respon¬sibility for late, lost, damaged, illegible, delayed, stolen, incomplete, inaccurate or misdirected entries or for lost or stolen entry boxes or for any other errors or problems of any kind whether human, printing, typographical, mechanical or otherwise relating to or in connection with this promotion, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the promotion, the processing of entries, announcement of the prize or in any promotion-related materials. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to void suspect entries and/or cancel, terminate, modify or suspend any portion of this promotion should non-authorized human intervention, tampering, fraud or other causes corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of this promotion and, in any such event, at its discretion select winner from eligible non-suspect entries received prior to the event requiring such action be taken. Entrants waive all claims against the Released Parties for the suspension, modification, termination or cancellation of this promotion.
